Wednesday is the day when football players live out their dreams of signing with a Division I University, coaches see their hard work on the recruiting trails pay off and fans talk about the newest 4-star recruit who signed with the Mountaineers.
It’s like the unofficial Christmas for college football fans, it’s National Signing Day. The event that’s become a media frenzy is less than 48 hours away and the Mountaineers are securing one of their more highly touted recruiting classes in recent history. Five players are already on campus including: quarterback Ford Childress, defensive lineman Imarjaye Albury, safety Karl Joseph, wide receiver Jordan Thompson and safety Sean Walters.
