After bringing welcomehomehuggins.com online in February of 2007 (for obvious reasons), we quickly found ourselves wanting to cover more than just WVU Basketball. As a result, the site gradually became a “clearing house” for all things WVU sports-related.

So, on July 21st 2007, we re-launched our online presence as WVUPressBox.com. A new site, a new name, but the same WVU sports coverage.

The site has now become a “one-stop shop” for WVU Sports news. We scour the net in search of news, opinion and anything else that we feel the typical Mountaineer fan would want to know about. We post it all right here, along with links to the original articles, so you can decide what is worth reading and what is not.

Along with the news, we mix in original articles and contests for our visitors. It all combines to make what we feel is a unique website for WVU fans.

We’ve been called “the Drudge Report of WVU sports” and “the most important site in any WVU fan’s daily web surfing routine.”
